St. Louis Blues Tampa reviews
Will Never Attend a game here again
I would like to start out by saying I am very upset. I saved up for over a year to buy my tickets. For 5 years I have been looking forward to attending an NHL game. I love hockey. I am upset because this my experience was horrible and my 1st NHL game was ruined. The staff, fans, and general atmosphere made me feel completely unwelcome. They even took great care to make sure only Blues fans were shown on the video board. I watched a Blues fan an ridicule, pick on and degrade 3 Blackhawks fans in my row until one of them turned around and flipped her off. She then went and told on them to the staff and had them thrown out. When the Blackhawks lost, the Blues fans were very rude and showed very poor sportsmanship. The game was a good game and both teams played well. There was no reason for them to behave as they did. Ultimately, I will never attend a game at this venue ever again.
Blues Hockey @ ScottTrade
Game was good one with exciting moments. Fans are not into it very well. They don't seem to appreciate the little things in the game that determines the outcome. Blues staff was excellent. Organ doesn't boom and plays passive stuff. Doesn't build the atmosphere you would expect at a hockey game. Too many things on video board. Takes away from exciting opportunities. Theme seems to focus on the past Blues hockey tradition, not the present team. And their tradition is nothing other than a better than average team through the years. But the crowd doesn't reward the team with deafening support of their great plays. Frankly I had more fun at the local ECHL rink.
Up close and loud!
Attended St. Louis Blues home opener NHL game for the 2016-17 season. Parked at Union Station for $15 (cash) and walked about 10-15 minutes to Scottrade Center. Had my paper printout tickets scanned and found our seats. Leg room for seating very tight. Cool inside so I wore my sweatshirt the whole time. PA system very loud and many people enjoying a Bud Light and whooping it up to cheer the team on. Didn't use the restroom so I cannot speak about their ease to find or use or their cleanliness. Good game and good seats (section 110 row P) but were expensive at $118/seat. Left for home 5 minutes into 3rd period to avoid the crowd. Blues won the game 3-2. Would definitely do again!
Hockey Night
I went all out and bought a $335 ticket..It was an all inclusive ticket. Being my first time. I had no idea what to expect and surely was not told about what I could do or not do. Had to find out from another fan on how the inclusive thing worked. So I didnt get to take advantage of what I should have been able to. When checking in,, they should inquire knowing what my seat was. On another note. Being from Canada,,love my hockey. Past ST Louis goalie Jake Allen and I are from the same city in NB,Canada. Always loved the Blues growing up. Long history with the NHL.The people and fans of ST Louis treated us Toronto Fans very well. Thank you to all of you. Had a great time and the game was awesome. Lots of talent on both teams
